Shipping

All orders are shipped from Bali, Indonesia with DHL express post.

Please allow 1-3 days for your item/s to be picked and packed before shipping.

Delivery is between 3-7 working days. For some countries it may take longer. All packages are trackable.

Please note that deliveries may be delayed on Balinese holidays.

You will receive a tracking number once your item has been shipped.

Orders are packed and shipped during Monday - Friday working hours. Orders that are placed on Friday evening (Bali time) or weekends, will be packed and shipped the following Monday.

Please make sure to fill out your shipping address correctly. And use an address where the recipient will be on arrival. If no one is available to receive the parcel the courier will leave an attempted delivery card with instructions on how to claim your parcel. DHL will not deliver to P.O boxes.

Customs and Duty Charges

Please note that custom and duty charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please check the customs in your country before shopping. Gaya Luxe is not liable for any custom charges. And we do not give refunds if duties and charges are not paid.

Shipping Costs

 Shipping costs are based on country and zone and will applied at checkout. We do not ship to China or Russia.

 Domestic Shipping

Domestic orders within Indonesia will receive free shipping.

International Shipping Zones

Zone 1: Singapore £15 up to 2kg
Zone 2: Asia £20 up to 2kg
Zone 3: Japan  £25 up to 2kg
Zone 4: Australia, NZ  £25 up to 2kg
Zone 5: USA & Canada £35 up to 2kg
Zone 6: India, UAE £35 up to 2kg
Zone 7: UK, Europe & South Africa £35 up to 2kg
Zone 8: South America £45 up to 2kg

We do not ship to China or Russia.

Customs Charges

Gaya Luxe takes no responsibility for any custom charges or taxes that may be imposed by your government.

All custom charges are different in each country meaning it is out of our control. Please contact your local post office for more information on custom charges into your country.

Shipping fees and custom charges will not be refunded in the event of a package being refused due to custom charges and taxes.
