We hope you love your Gaya Luxe purchase, however we understand that sometimes you may want to return an item you have purchased. Please read these terms carefully, as once you have purchased an item you will be deemed to have read and accepted these terms.
Gaya Luxe has the right to refuse any return items within reason. Items must be returned in their original packaging, with labels attached, unused and not washed.
Customers must show their receipt as proof of purchase.
We do not offer direct exchanges. You must first return your item and then order your correct sizing. Please select your items with careful reference to our sizing chart and item fit description before purchasing.
Eligible return items will be decided upon inspection.
Any associated return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
If you claim your item is faulty, please contact email@example.com immediately with pictures and detailed information of your concern. We will inspect the item and work to rectify your concern as best as possible.
Please note that clothing that is damaged through wear and tear is not considered faulty.
Returns can only be made within 14 days after your purchase.
Any items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged will not be accepted.
All sale items are final and are unable to be returned.

- We do not accept returns because of a change of mind.
- We do not accept returns on sale items.
- Exchanges must be returned first.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable on return items.
- It is the customers responsibility to pay for shipping and taxes on both sides.
- Store credits must be used within 6 months of the date issued.
- Any and all returns are sent back at the customer's own risk.
- Gaya Luxe is not liable for parcels that are lost in transit.
- Any and all returns sent back without an authorised online return request form will not be accepted or processed and will be destroyed onsite.
Stages of Return
Please follow these steps to process your return
- Contact email@example.com within 14 days of purchasing your item/s, explain your detailed reason for return. If the item is faulty please attach clear pictures. Please attach your receipt to the email.
- Wait for a reply from our returns team, it may take 2-3 working days. Once our team has received your email they will reply with your next steps.
- Once your return is authorised, post your item to our returns team. Please make sure to get your tracking number and send it via email to firstname.lastname@example.org
- We will notify you when we receive your return.
- Once your return is approved, your account will be issued with the equivalent store credit or cash refund to the card used.
- You have 6 months to use your store credit before it expires.
